Sprint 100 meters, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups and 10 air squats...3 rounds of that for time.

ReplyDeleteAwesome work guys! I got 3:36 :) As some of you know, I leave on Wednesday for a family trip to Norway. I will be gone for two weeks and will have little to no gym access on my trip, but I will do my best to complete the next two Cross Fit Fridays abroad!
