Happy Friday Girls!
My calendar is showing that this is week #9 of our summer training; however, I think this is only my 8th post....hence CrossFit Challenge #8. Does that sound right to any of you? I'll do some double checking after my workout this morning, but if one of you can set me straight...please feel free to do so.
Your CrossFit Challenge for this week is "The 7." We did this one earlier during week two I believe. Remember, I have my weeks all mixed up. You can compete with your previous time.
"The 7": 7 rounds of 7 wall ball shots, 7 push-ups and 7 burpees for time. Push yourselves today. We're on the downhill side of things, and I hope all of you are feeling like you're prepared for our 2015 season. It's only a month away until we all get together on our homecourt, The Fieldhouse!

My time was 6:27 which was faster than my last one by 40 seconds or so and I felt stronger while doing it. Excited to see you girls soon!!! Enjoy your weekend :)
ReplyDeleteI got 5:50 this time, which is 46 seconds quicker than my previous time of 6:36. I felt like I might be dying!!! However, I didn't walk towards the light, so I'll see you in August.

ReplyDeleteYou are right with week 8 I believe! We didn't do anything the first week of summer. I have it as week 8 but I could be wrong too! So as I'm sure you guys saw, I didn't post last week because I was in Alaska. Long story short, had to do an emergency landing and switch planes...blah blah blah. Got home way later than expected and the airport is 3 hours from my house! So we stayed with family and I didn't do it. So......I did last week's challenge today, which was Annie, and I posted in the thread my time. For today's challenge, I am going to do it tomorrow, then I will be all caught up! Hope all is well. Love you all and keep working hard!

ReplyDeleteI found this challenge to be a little harder than I originally anticipated but I still really enjoyed it! My time was 5:38, have a great weekend everyone :)

ReplyDeleteI've been super busy this past week so I just got around to doing this workout. My time was 5:08, 20 seconds faster than my time earlier in the summer!
